HEALTH AND SAFETY

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, details will be available on the site maps which you can download from the website closer to the event date.

Are there free water facilities?
Yes, make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep safe and healthy

Are there toilet facilities?
Yes, there are plenty of toilet facilities and details will be available on site maps which you can download from the website closer to the event date.

What if I hurt myself?
First Aid will be onsite to help you out; details will be available on site maps which you can download from the website closer to the event date.

What should I do if a friend or I feel sick or unwell?
If you are feeling unwell don’t take a chance – visit First Aid. If your friend is feeling unwell do not leave them unattended, visit First Aid for assistance.

What is the security like?
Security will be highly active and visible throughout the venue.

How should I get to and from the festival?

The best option is to take public transport to the festival. Public transport options will be available on the website closer to the event date. If you are driving to the festival remember do not drink and drive. If you are drinking designate a driver who is not drinking to drive you to and from the festival.

How should I protect myself from the elements?

Remember to slip, slap and slop, on a sunny day nobody wants to get burnt. If it is raining please bring a plastic poncho as umbrellas will not be allowed into the event.

VENUE INFORMATION

What items are NOT permitted at the festival?
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, gas bottles, pets, umbrellas, eskies or glass are allowed on site. Anything deemed dangerous by door staff will not be permitted, so leave the skateboard at home this time. All bags/containers are searched upon entry.

What should I bring to the festival?
You, your tickets, a valid photo ID, sun cream, money (ATM’s may not be available at every venue, please check site maps for further details). Valid Photo IDs include valid Australian Drivers License with a photograph, current passport with a photograph or Australian issued Proof Of Age Card.

Will there be passouts at the event?
There are NO PASSOUTS for the duration of the show

Can I bring a camera to the event?

No professional recording equipment is permitted at the festival. Non professional Cameras and mobile phones with camera capabilities are permitted to take photos of you and your friends enjoying the festival.

Will I be filmed or recorded while at the festival?
You may be filmed/photographed at the festival and such footage/images may be used by, replicated, reproduced and published by the promoters for any use including but not limited to marketing and promotional uses.  By entering the site you consent to filming/ being photographed.

Where can I get detailed information on the venue?

Detailed information is available on the site map which will be downloadable from the website closer to the event date. There will also be free programs available on the day with site details.
